Open Science Framework

Open Science Framework

The Open Science Framework (OSF) is a free, open source research project management tool developed and maintained by the Center for Open Science. The OSF can help scholars manage their workflow, organize their materials, and share all or part of a project with the broader research community. This hands-on workshop will show you how to get started with the OSF. We’ll discuss how to structure your materials, manage permissions, version your content, integrate with third-party tools (such as Box, GitHub, or Mendeley), share materials, register projects, and track usage. No previous experience with OSF is required. To follow along on your own computer, please register for an OSF account with your Temple email address beforehand at https://osf.io.

This workshop will be offered as an online session via Zoom. You must register for this workshop to receive the Zoom link via a confirmation email. On the day of the workshop, use the link to join the session.

This workshop will be recorded. Register to attend the live session or to receive a copy of the recording.
