Open Science Framework (OSF)

Open Science Framework (OSF)

This workshop will now be offered as an online session via Zoom. We encourage you to register for this workshop. On the day of the workshop, use this link to connect via Zoom: https://temple.zoom.us/j/648057519

You do not need a video camera or a microphone, but you will need an audio connection to hear the instructor.

The Open Science Framework (OSF) is a free, open source research project management tool developed and maintained by the Center for Open Science. The OSF can help scholars manage their workflow, organize their materials, and share all or part of a project with the broader research community. This hands-on workshop will show you how to get started with the OSF.

We’ll discuss how to structure your materials, manage permissions, version your content, integrate with third-party tools (such as Box, GitHub, or Mendeley), share materials, register projects, and track usage. No previous experience with OSF is required. Please register for an OSF account with your Temple email address beforehand.

Please contact Gretchen Sneff, gsneff@temple.edu, with any questions.
