What Is a Course Reserve Reading List and How Can I Use to Reduce Textbook Costs for My Students?

A 2023 survey of Temple University students reinforced their concerns and worries about the cost of textbooks and how it impacts their daily cost-of-living. In this session you'll learn about Temple Libraries new course reserve system and how its reading list approach can facilitate finding, capturing and organizing no-cost course materials within a Canvas coursesite. Learn how this strategy can free a course from traditional textbooks.
