The 3D Printing Process: Where to Start, What to Make, and Applications in Health Sciences

Interested in 3D printing but don't know where to begin? Join us for the where, what, how and why of 3D printing! We will discuss the various methods of 3D printing and how they work. We will also explore resources available to assist you with creating a 3D model and preparing it for printing. We’ll showcase several health sciences projects completed in the Innovation Space, like a 3D-printed ultrasound trainer, a 3D-printed vein finder, and more! Come learn how the services here at Temple Libraries can make your creations come to life.

You may attend this workshop online or in-person at the Ginsburg Library Innovation Space. This workshop will not be recorded, but a copy of the slides will be emailed after the workshop concludes.

Please contact Nick Perilli, nick.perilli@temple.edu, with any questions.

Workshop is recommended for: Undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, staff, Temple Hospital staff, and community members.
