Finding Data and Data Sources for Research

Finding Data and Data Sources for Research

Coming up with a great academic research idea is only part of the process, you also need data! This workshop will cover how to find data for your research project using public and proprietary data sources. Learn about open, accessible public data sources like Census.gov, and specialized ones like ICPSR and TriNetX. Some data sources will be specific to a particular school or area of research.

This workshop will not be recorded, but a copy of the slides will be emailed after the workshop concludes.

Please contact Will Dean, will.dean@temple.edu, with any questions.

Workshop is recommended for: Undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, staff, Temple Hospital staff, and community members.
