Take a Break: Mindful & Joyful Movement for Health Sciences Students

Mindful & Joyful Movement is an interactive program designed to explore what mindful and joyful movement is, why it matters, and how it can support well-being in professional student life. Participants will learn simple, accessible movement ideas and practical strategies for incorporating them into busy academic and work schedules. The program includes opportunities to practice mindful and joyful movement together, and participants will leave with a free stretch band to support movement and self-care during demanding course and work weeks.

Registration is highly recommended; walk-ins will be accommodated on the day of the event if space allows.

This event is co-sponsored by the Wellness Resource Center.
