Around the World: Campus Walk and Plant Tour

Around the World: Campus Walk and Plant Tour

Join us for this "Around the World" tour of plants on Temple Main Campus led by Kathleen Salisbury, director of the Ambler Arboretum. The tour will highlight where various plants originated, how they got here, and any interesting stories about them.

This tour will also offer connections to Temple University's Landscape Master Plan and highlight the institution's investments in sustainable infrastructure and environmental stewardship on campus grounds. Learn how our campus plants are cultivating a culture of climate leadership, learning, and literacy.

This program is presented in partnership with Temple University Ambler Campus and the Office of Sustainability.

Our programs are geared toward a general audience and are open to all, including Temple students, faculty, staff, alumni, neighbors, and friends. Registration is encouraged.
