Using Google Earth and R to Visualize Environmental Change

This two-hour single-session workshop offers an introduction to remote sensing using Google Earth Engine and the United States Geological Survey platforms to obtain satellite imagery of environmental landscapes. R Studio will be used as a part of the demonstration to process these images and analyze land cover changes. Basic knowledge of R coding is helpful but not required.

This event will be held over Zoom. You must register for this workshop to receive the Zoom link via a confirmation email. On the day of the workshop, use the link to join the session.
